"This property is perfectly placed for skiers… beside a ski rental shop and bus stop. The apartment met our needs with a fridge/microwave/cook top plus a balcony. We had twin beds with puffy pillows and duvets. Staff were helpful and kind. Check in is at a different location (Alpen Spa resort), staff there were pleasant and kind, provided us with a glass of Preseco on arrival. The Spa at this resort is phenomenal… well worth 20 Swiss Francs for a day pass. "

"Easy walk from the train. The staff were very helpful. Room was clean and large with a nice balcony. Spa was fantastic as was the breakfast. All in all, a great stay!"

"This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc). Additionally, there is no laundry equipment (washing machine / dryer) available to tenants directly."

"We stayed for two nights and were extremely satisfied with the apartment and it's amenities. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. We would definitely recommend staying here and plan to again in the future."

"Everything was perfect with our stay. We are a traveling family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Skiing was excellent and the food was awesome! The chalet had plenty of space. It was definitely worth the trip from Nebraska USA."

"The apartment was amazing with great views of the Matterhorn and a very large space, with lounge, dinning area, lounge, 2 bedrooms (1 upstairs) and 2 bathrooms, with 4 terraces. There is also a lift to your front door. The staff were great and very helpful and the facilities looked good, although we didn't have time to use them. I would have loved to give the apartment 5 stars, but like the hotel, it needs a bit of maintenance with the blinds, windows and light fittings."

"The apartment I was given was clean, well equipped and had an amazing view…not sure if this ‘view’ is guaranteed so I will refrain from saying what the view was but you can guess. Couldn’t fault the accommodation we were placed in. Nice to see the apartment block had a quiet time (10pm till 6am) this was respected when we were there so we had 4 good night sleeps. "

"The Place is Great!. We are 5 and rent an apartment for 6. Plenty of space. Supper well equipped with quality stuff. Beds are great! Nothing to complain. Downtown for groceries is 10 minute walk with no issues. The best is to be at 100mts from rental and Gondola to start your day. Aso great when you finish your day with storage for skies. If I come back to Zermatt, will be back here no doubt. "

"We definitely enjoyed our stay at the Eva apartments. The gentleman who assisted us during our stay was very friendly and helpful. The option to do laundry on site was a nice touch. "The hotel is located right next to the train station, just 1 min walk to the side entrance. Perfect for travelling to Zermatt. Very quiet area, but felt safe. Buffet breakfast was included. Food was ok (or “good” in Swiss standard). The hotel was quite old yet the rooms were renovated. The toilet was small but functional. The room was not too spacious. You can still have 2 large suitcases opened at the same time. The bed was soft, and the pillow was basically non-existent. Not supportive at...
