"The basement car park B2 to B4 is spacious and easy to park. We stayed in a Family Suite, the interior is very spacious. 1 Queen bed and 2 single beds, and still fit with a simple dining table and chairs. Still plenty of space to open 3 of our 28inch luggages fully! Its a heated bathroom with bathtub. Alot of TV channels to watch, however all in Korean language. The gym and dining area are in B1. "乗り継ぎのため仁川空港に深夜着、午前便で日本へ向かう際に親子3名で利用しました。 深夜のチェックアウトはレセプションに人がいないと知り不安でしたが、タッチパネルで問題なくチェックインできました。 深夜着のせいか周りに開いているお店はありません。（空港のコンビニは開いていました） お部屋は清潔で快適で、窓から仁川大橋が見えてとてもきれいでした。 到着日はタクシー利用、翌朝はシャトルバスで空港へ向かおうと思いましたが予約制とのことで利用できませんでした。 レセプションでタクシーを呼んでもらい空港に向かいましたが、出発して数分後、レセプションの方が私のスマホの置き忘れに気づき、タクシーのドライバーに電話をしてくれて、ホテルに引き返しスマホを受け取ることができました。 レセプションの方は日本語も英語も話せるとても優しい有能な方でした。 大変お世話になり、助けていただきありがとうございました。 "
