"We had to wait about 30 minutes before we could actually get our room due to the fact that one of the receptionist gave our rokm to someone else with the same last name as us. Not sure how that happens but it happen and everyone was confused for a second. Other then that everything was good."

He was amazing and even transferred my stay to another lovely hotel and drove me there. The Origin hotel may not be ready yet, but if he's still there when it is, I have no doubt it'll be amazing to stay at."

"The property had my reservation for several months. They even sent me a text the day before the reservation for me to check in. After traveling all day, they weren’t even open. The parking lot was empty and a handwritten sign to call to “check in” led to a number that would only text and not talk on the phone.
