"One night stay on our way to a different destination. The property was perfect for this. The bathroom smelled slightly of mildew. Not hed. Nobreal complaint. An elevator would be nice. "

"My problem with this hotel was a resort fee of $50 per night and $27 for self parking. These hidden fees are ridiculous. I told the woman at the desk I had no time to enjoy the resort so why am I paying for it. Why do we have to pay for self parking? PLEASE STOP ROBBING PEOPLE!!! "

"Staff was very friendly on check in she walked us to our cottage and parking spot. Was not aware of the $45 motel tax read the fine print on your reservation "

"Darin and the staff at the beach, pool, valet, housekeeping, butler, FD, restaurants were all fabulous. loved nightly turndown service. room was clean and comfortable. balcony large. food at CW prime, Aura were excellent as was breakfast at Riva and the coffee/baked goods at Carolinas. loved the Lagoon experience, feeding the tortoises and the lazy river. great staff for these activities as well. can’t wait to go back. thx St Regis!"
