"Aesthetics were nice. We stayed 2 nights. Our sink was broken when we got in the room. Went downstairs to have someone fix it but no one came to fix it. It was tricky to have to brush our teeth in the tiny sink where the toilet was. Also the room was warm and muggy. The air was “locked” so we just had to deal with it. No phone to call front desk and after running around all day, we were too exhausted to go back down to the front desk especially since we did so the night before without any...
