"The unit was spacious for 4 adults and 2 children. Had everything we needed for our stay. Nice pool. Somehow we had a miscommunication with fresh towels exchange but it was ok. Directions to our particular unit could have been better as we were arriving after normal hours. Office closes at 4. Overall a very comfortable stay."

"Great property, comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with everything you need, washer and dryer, dinning table for 10 people, every room with tv, terrace tv, bathroom and small pool but very pleasant. No rooms on first floor. 3 rooms on second floor and 2 rooms on third floor. I will stay again."

"Apparently my "host" did not properly ensure reservation and when managemenr from the hotel called- he did not go out of his way to makw sure i had a room!!! I had to pay for my own separate reservation out of pocket. The management qas understanding and gave me a room upgrade for the same price-NOT through expedia. I was told i also have to call expedia for my refund. As i tried to handle it through the a.i. chat, looks like i will have to call. "

"Loved the property. Spacious and had everything we needed. However, the (shag) carpet was so dirty and stained it really made not sense they would allow that in a property like this. It was bad"

"The property had 8 bedrooms, only 2 were king size. All the beds are so low to the ground. The refrigerator was broken. The coffee table was broken. They charge a massive deposit. Then they send you an email after check out that they deducted money from your deposit and say that you have things damaged. I called the first day to tell them the defects and no one response. I wonder never recommend this place. "

"They refused to honor price quoted by hotel.com. They said they were no longer with hotel.com and hadn't been for years. They wanted us to pay over double what was quoted to us, even after viewing the confirmation! We left."

"The property is perfectly located for universal, seaworld & Disney, all within 10- 15min drive. Based on a complex the pool is approx 5min walk. The facilities are nice and clean. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Margaritaville Resort Orlando Cottages! The cottages were incredibly spacious and perfect for our family of seven—everyone was comfortable, and we never felt cramped. The location was ideal for our Disney World trip, with easy access to the parks while also providing a peaceful and relaxing retreat after long days of adventure.
