Loved that the property was right in the beach. The grounds were beautiful. Plenty of nearby restaurants and so close to the Spice Market as well as the grocery stores and the mall.

The staff were polite, helpful & professional nothing was too much trouble. However, the rooms are outdated and require refurbishing and a good clean, no attention to detail. Great location on the beach and easy access from hotel to get the local bus into town which costs 5 EC dollars round trip and takes about 20 mins one way.

Property itself was ok. The deskfront staff were not very helpful in reconciling a credit repayment back to me through Expedia. The whole dispute was long and painful. I recommend for any international stays do not use any third party travel companies. Reserve directly with the hotel or resort.

The staff at the front desk was very kind and polite. Upon arriving to my room it was not very clean and was in need of a remodel. I stayed the night and then they transferred me without any fuss to a different room in the morning. The room was much better. Very clean and comfortable. I appreciated that very much. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The beach was very busy on cruise ship days and they let them use the facilities (beach chairs, bar, pool). It made it difficult to get food and beverages but after those people left to go back to the ship service was better. The hotel is located near shopping, the spice market and restaurants all within walking distance. I would stay here again for the convenience alone.

We loved our stay at Radissons. Check in was a breeze and straight forward. Breakfast was top notch and all of the staff during breakfast were amazing and friendly. I especially loved the local cuisine during breakfast. Kids loved the waffle, pancake and French toast station. Husband loved the omelet station. We were all happy. The only time it was overwhelming/busy was during the weekend for brunch as it is open to the public. We had to sit in another dining area by the billiards, but we didn’t mind at all and staff helped us get situated. And honestly, if I were a local, I’d come here for their breakfast buffet, too. Our room was looking down at the deep pool and bar/restaurant/entertainment area, but the noise didn’t bother us at all. But also, we are easy-going people or we were too tired from all the daytime activities that we didn’t care. Everyone is having fun, let them. Our room had an electric kettle, a coffee maker, disposable hot coffee cups, ceramic mugs, bottles of water, a mini fridge. Our room was cleaned daily, unless we put up our privacy sign. Coffee, tea, clean towels were provided daily during cleaning. The resort was situated in Grand Anse which is why we picked it, and it was everything we dreamed of. Sure you have a longer wait for food during lunch or dinner, but you have the beach, pool and great company to keep you busy. No need to complain. Don’t walk in starving wanting food ASAP. Be prepared. I highly recommend Grenada Radissons!

My stay at the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort was somewhat very interesting, I arrived at the hotel March 22nd, 2025, early. My family and I checked in and went directly to the lunch area and for walk on the beach. We were offered a room 175 and handed our keys. NO information was given to us of the grounds, the rules, or where anything was from the front desk. On my first night- there was an event right opposite my room, that was very noisy, and you could hear the vibration in the room, also the walls were so thin, I could hear the guess next door use their bathroom and everything that they were saying. On my way out to dinner, I went back to front desk, and they did nothing. The next day I complained to the day shift, still nothing was done. After a day at the beach my second, which was great we hang out wet clothes on the pouch, and my husband trunks was gone the next day, we made a complained, the guy listen to the complain and again nothing was done. Ordering food, it’s about an hour wait, which was frustrating. The towel hut, I had to hold on to a towel for three days, because the towel hut always ran out of towels, and there’s never a body in the towel hut to help. ONE GOOD thing – There was a grounds man, I believe his name was OSWAL. Dreadlocks were so good to us, he provided so much information and help us. People like him should be a manager and recognize. I hope his management appreciate him. I would recommend that management – Trained the front desk

We checked in and asked if we could get a late check out. The staff member told us to come back at 08.00 in the morning to check. We went to our room but found we couldn’t get in. The battery on the keypad had to replaced. We got into our room it smelt damp. We went to get towels for the pool we were told no towels cone back in 2 hours. We went back to be told your too late they've all gone. Next the toilet wont flush. Back to reception to tell them. Maintenance had to be called. We went for dinner still no flush. Next morning still no flush so had to use public toilet went to reception to ask for late check out. Not possible the hotel is full. I said you cant sell that room the toilet doesn’t flush. I asked if there was a courtesy room we could book to shower and change before out flight. No courtesy room at this hotel. I have never heard if anything so ridiculous and i have travelled extensively. A disaster is an understatement and not worth what we paid

Excellent breakfast. Front staff very pleasant and helpful especially Leon, Demetrius, Ashley and Arielle. Housekeeping were great the first 4 days after they changed staff it was horrible. There wete 2 beds in the room and the only made up one of the beds. After complaining to the front desk it was taken care off immediately. Bathroom needed better lighting in Room 328. Shout out the beach server and the girls at the beach bar. Overall great stay.
