"Outstanding!! The hotel is clean, in pristine, cosy, elegant. The location is the best for Miami. It is located inside a luxurious shopping center. Ellie from the front desk was very helpful and kind. The cost for the room was inferior than it could be considering all the ammenities and perks. "

"Looks like they're still in the process of remodeling but our room was nice. The pull out couch needed to be made up which the staff quickly attended to while we were at dinner. The service was great - both in the hotel and at the restaurant S3. Partial views of the water - balcony - nice spacious living area with kitchen/stove/larger mini fridge. Tiny walk in shower, thin tp, thin/lumpy pullout mattress and sheets were meh but pillows for main bed were comfy."

"Was so amazing. Gave us wine and champagne upon arrival. Check in early even though we arrived 3 hours early. Several luxuries (shuttle to beach) it was down when I was gonna use it but nice to know it was available. Good location, not too far. Staff was so nice and helpful. "

"Aminities are almost perffect. The hotel was under contruction so the swimming pool was’nt accessible unfortunatly. Bed are a bit small for two ( double bed, not qween) not enough glasses for 4 poeple and no chair on the terrace. The room is big but miss place to sit ( only one simple sofa and a chair to sit. Beach is wonderful and staff are very kind. "
