"The location is close to a few malls and the tram station. The property is new and a nice view. However the service of the management is horrible. We arrived to the property and had to ask security to call the manament people. Then we had to wait a long time a considerable amount of time for someone to just hand over the keys and that was it. "Property was of a good size and reasonably clean. Amenities were lacking - should have had a water filter, no light near the vanity/mirror in the ensuite. Cups but not glasses. Bed in master was like sleeping on concrete and left a nasty rash on one guest that we are still trying to solve. Internet was good as was TV - if you know Chinese or Malay (I don't). Front door to our Lobby on Ground Floor was difficult to open at best and on one occasion we only got it open by sliding our access...
