"Deni has an exceptional character as he followed up with me from the moment the reservation was made till my arrival. He was just right there. "In planning this trip, I had no idea of where to stay, but wanted something conveniently located and central to everything. In Medjugorje, everything seems centrally located because it is so small. However, this hotel is off the Main Street and somewhat separate from the crowds, which is nice. The walk to St James was no more that 5 minutes, the walk to the foot of Apparition Hill about 20 minutes. We walked everywhere with ease!! Also in planning the trip, we started in the US, flying to Rome. We spent 2 nights in Rome before flying to Mostar. I contacted the Hotel and they provided a shuttle from the airport to the Hotel for 70 Euro (2 people, a return shuttle was also provided for an additional 70 Euro). I all I feel it was well worth the expense. The Hotel was excellent!!! Very clean!!! But the best part was the staff!!!!!!!! They were very helpful in all aspects of the trip. The coffee was excellent, with espresso/mocha machine in the breakfast room and at the checkin counter. The breakfast was good with eggs and sausage or just eggs. Cheese, ham and sausage were also sliced up and available. Fruit, yogurt, cereal, juices and small pastries rounded out the menu. In all, excellent!! Overall, will I come back and stay here, ABSOLUTELY!!!!!! "

"So that I don’t forget, this place has heated bathroom floors in the rooms! Though the Ha Hotel in Mostar, Bosnia/Herzegovena would appear to be a budget hotel, the rooms are very comfortable and the service is exceptional. We needed to have laundry done even though we weee there only one day. The front desk arranged for us to receive same day service and had it back before we needed to check out! I can’t speak highly enough about the staff. They went above and beyond in their effort to meet our unique needs. We wanted to go to dinner in the old Town: our front desk friends saved address in our cell phones and told us where and how to park in a secure lot that is within walking distance from the pedestrian only old town. Bed was comfortable, room layout was great. Breakfast was simple yet very comfortable and offered nice selections. Parking was simple. We arrived too late to enjoy the pool and sauna. We saw these facilities and they were quite nice. Location was convenient for all we wanted to do"
