"Highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hampton, NH. While it is about a 10 minute drive from Hampton Beach the surrounding area is very nice. The hotel and staff were very, very friendly and accommodating. "

"Amazing place!! Incredibly friendly staff!! Helpful!! Checked in early to rejuvenate before a night of dancing at the casino ballroom. Super clean room and facilities easy onsite parking. View from third floor balcony and bed is amazing!! Pool looked clean and refreshing but we didn’t use it. Maybe next time "

"It was a low-frills room but clean, comfortable, and dark enough. Tap water was not delicious, water pressure strange. It was cool staying in a really old inn! I liked the ambiance and had a good night of sleep."

"Quaint older inn. Great communication for check in and stay. Fantastic for a weekend couples stay. Highly recommend breakfast at Lil's Cafe and outdoor casual dinner at the Buoy Shack, both within walking distance. Kittery is lovely."

"Check in was a little confusing but everyone was so nice! (We had to find the host at the restaurant). That said, the room was cozy, comfortable and SPOTLESS clean! This is an older building with New England charm that is beautifully clean and lovely. Location cannot be better, as it’s right in the commercial center of York. We ate at the restaurant twice and everyone was lovely. Will absolutely recommend this Inn!"

"This place is beautiful! Well kept and very quiet with the exception of the A/C unit that it was loud! The staff was very very friendly and helpful! I had some specific request and they helped me every single time. The restaurant had great food and views of the water. "
