All staff members there are professional and so kind: exception and great service by all staff, especially Yude, who really went above and beyond service and really ensured we are comfortable and satisfied with our stay. "If you are searching for total isolation, this villa is right up your alley. There are no taxi services and no restaurants other than the villa’s which has limited meal options. The villa is located in a farming and very poor part of Bali. The flies are constant which makes sitting outside uncomfortable. For meals, we ate in our room so as to elude them. We had three nights booked but only stayed for two."

They seem to fade away in the afternoon and evening. The hotel is a short drive to the start of Mt Batur hike and you can hire a guide at this hotel. Highly recommend the hike. "We stayed at this property in August 2023. As a family of 4 we stayed in a unit with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a wonderful stay and the family made us feel so welcome. They genuinely wanted us to enjoy our stay and offered to help us in any way that they could. We only stayed for two nights, but we wish we had stayed longer. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and we couldn't have hoped for a better experience. If we come back to Bali we will definitely plan to stay again! We walked...
