"The staff were helpful at check-in. I had a double room. The bed was comfortable. Each guest got a biscuit and square of chocolate. There was a selection of teas, coffee bags and hot chocolate. There was an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe. The room was very warm. There was an issue with the cleaning. There was hair in the bath and the wall mirror in the bedroom was dirty. "Good stay for one night although the room was right on the roadside so some traffic noise particularly annoying in the early morning. Good food, dinner and breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful."
