"I am impressed with the spaciousness of this hotel, including the lobby, sitting areas on each floor, dining/restaurant, my hotel room/bathroom, and the fun see-through elevators which are plentiful with nearly no wait time! I had a lovely view of the city from the 15th floor which I enjoyed day and night. Both coffee and tea (plus bottled water) are provided each day. Super comfortable bed allowed for restful sleep and relaxation. It was my little piece of heaven for 6 nights. The only negatives I can think of are the shower temperature is not easy to adjust and the hotel is a little far from MRT station (maybe I'm spoiled.) The Breeze shopping center is right next door for food court, supermarket, etc. A comparatively larger size Seven-11 is connected to the hotel so you don't even need to leave the hotel to get snacks or other daily use items. I would love to return to Illume in the future!"

"Taxi: about $40 from airport to hotel Train: first need to take regular rail (MRT) from the airport to the high speed rail (HSR) station then HSR to hotel; finding hotel is difficult; look for exit M6 Hotel is in a convenient location; older hotel but well kept; good service; 6 elevators; 2 of the 6 elevators will get you to the underground access to the MRT/HSR; laundry room, exercise room, restaurants in hotel and around MRT/HSR; walking distance to Mitsukoshi shopping mall, Daiso, McDonalds, Family Mart, 7-11, Uniqlo, Tim Ho Wan, Sushiro, and others."
