"Nice place! Clean and comfortable!! We were very pleased with the property and its location to the main strip. Sits right on a beautiful stream that is so relaxing to sit and listen to. Would definitely book again!"

"Large clean condo. Well stocked kitchen, good sized bedrooms, comfortable beds, clear instructions for adjusting heating. Would have helped to have some channel guidance for the TV- it was frustrating to just have to keep channel surfing. Spectrum doesn't offer much of a guide. This property is in the midst of everything accessible on the main drive in Pigeon Forge, but it's tough to get in and out of the road due to traffic. "

"The condo was clean, well stocked, and conveniently located. I wish I could give a perfect review but I think it is unacceptable to not have reliable, secure wifi at any rental home. The wifi is unsecure, open, and shared by all 20 units in the building. It dropped constantly, wouldn't reconnect for hours at a time, and wasn't strong enough to even open email. The owners/management need to do better. "

"I like that it’s just outside of the main strip of Pigeon Forge. So, it’s a good safe and quiet place for anybody to stay especially if it’s their first time visiting. "

"We were in the area for a gift show and family vacation. The trek up the mountain the first time was a little scary, but once at the top, the view was well worth it. The unit was perfect for the 5 of us. While it does sleep 8, it would feel a little tight with more than 5. The indoor pool and hot tub are close and we had a nice time there. The kitchen has all you need to make a meal. Our only complaint would be that when we pulled out the sofa bed it didn’t look like the sheets had been changed...

"Property was misrepresented do not go by the pictures only a couple were of the actual condo. My master bedroom at home is bigger than this entire condo. Took 2 hours of phone calls to several different numbers to get the real code to get in. Gave me several wrong codes not fun to deal with after a 9 hour drive at midnight. Don’t turn the jets on the hot tub unless you want a migraine from the screeching sound of the pumps getting ready to implode. Plenty of better places to stay in the area. ...

"There is a few issues with the condo, the recliners is broken, putting up the foot rest it makes lots of noise and if you recline the back, the chair falls backwards. Also there is lots of black mold in the shower. Otherwise we had a great stay."
