"It's the era of EVs so it's mandate that we maintain dedicated ev charging station and not let ICE cars park in EV zones we ended up spending 2 hours running around the parking area to get the ICE cars removed and 2 out of 3 charging stations were not functioning!! What kind of maintenance is this?? When asked staff responds that not many EVs visit our property...please consider having separate parking just for EVs since you have acres of land in the property also have more security staff to...

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city! Loved the rooms and the balcony. Also the breakfast and dinner are very good in the hotel. Love that they give us unlimited RO water. Only issue is the WiFi. It is very spotty and very difficult to get any work done. "

Bit far from palace, zoo.. good parking space available.. has 2 lifts makes convenient to access room.. we requested 2 beds .. even with that room was spacey enough for kid to roam around. Bathroom are clean and comfortable. Commode is bit high for short people. Tv has ample channels to browse. "We chose this hotel as we needed to catch an early Flybus to Bengaluru Airport from the bus station across the road. It is also convenient for siteseeing and a short walk to the Palace. Reception efficient and upgraded our room when we complained of a smell in our bathroom. We found the jungle themed decor in the restaurants unpleasant. Breakfast choices quite good. No umbrellas and no shade for sun beds at the pool."

"It is mentioned in Hotels.com that there is kids' area but it's not there. We booked a rio superior but looks like we got a rio studio only. The receptionist told she'll get back with an update when complained but it never happened. The service was very average and restaurant is very normal and rates are expensive for the food they give.
