"Douglas was very responsive and provided detailed instructions for check-in. Property managers were also friendly. Was surprised at the condition of the unit based on the photos though. Could’ve used some renos with marks on walls, discoloured grout, bedroom door with a rip, worn living room cushions, iron with burnt residue that transferred to our clothes, and loft bed’s floor boards were straining when you step on them. "There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's good for a family. It's clear and its space is enough for 4 persons. The bad equiments is the TV controler, it's difficult to use and we couldn't watch TV. "
