"We weren't at Bella Vista long, but we desperately needed a soft spot to land after big travel days and this accommodated all of our needs! The room was clean and well stocked. The sliding glass doors are a nice touch as well. It was incredibly quiet which allowed for a great night's rest. We'd definitely stay there again! "

"We booked the hotel room (not the motel). And it turned out that the it's pretty old hotel, and it seemed only 4 of us (2 rooms) were staying there, probably because it was low season? The cleanliness was ok, however we chose not to stay there and moved to other motel that are closer to town center. "

"The property has various types of lodging facilities - from rooms, to cottages to apartments and caravan park. There is no breakfast per se. The location is great - around 5 minutes drive from the city center. You can also walk for around 10-15 mins to be there. The city center has quite a few restaurants and eating options. Self parking withing the property is very convenient and fast. Would stay here again for sure !!"

"this is a standard chain hotel type of place. it was fine and we had a nice stay. nothing great, nor nothing bad. check in went efficiently. the staff was helpful. it's close to downtown and the waterfront."
