"Absolutely nothing negative to say- except there were about $85 in extra fees between the guest amenity fee, pet fee, and parking fee- plus a $50 deposit. Otherwise- good parking, extremely personable staff (Thank you Chad and Rye), very clean, lots of perks- a pet bag, a complimentary drink, robes to use, fluffy towels, and heavenly bedding. I can’t wait to visit the other locations in Seattle! "

"We had a pleasant stay at the pineapple, the staff were wonderful, but I have a few complaints they should know about. The curtains on all the windows don't block the light at all. The one by the bed let in the lights from nearby buildings and then as soon as there was light outside it was light in our room. It was ok for the winter, but I can't imagine trying to sleep during the summer months when the light stays so late. The curtains are just TERRIBLE! Then other issue was there wasn't a fan...

"We were again very pleased with our stay at the Hampton Inn. This was our third stay, so we’ve gotten to know some of the hotel personnel, and everyone is friendly and helpful. Some of our family lives nearby, and it was super convenient to visit them yet still have a place of our own. We have stayed at other Hamptons, and this one is the best by far. "

"We used a mobility accessible suite. It was large and well planned. Only problem was that housekeeping seemed to forget about us. We had housekeeping services 1 day in a 4 day stay. Talking to Reception didn't seem to help."

"When we first arrived we were greeted very warmly and were advised the room was not ready, it was ok because we were early. We were told we would get a call when it was. "This was an emergency as all the hotels in Bellevue lost power for 5 days. It was clean comfortable. Nice beds, new carpet, fridge with freezer, coffee maker and microwave. Lots of street noise and area is not great with prostitutes walking the streets about 4 blocks a way. Lobby smells of cigarettes and often there is no one in the office an just a phone number.
