"Very small location but nice and very clear. The room is very small, but contains a comfortable queen size bed, AC, TV, dvd-player and a secection of DVD- films. Bathroom was clean and functional. We needed a place to stay, the night before departure to Gili, and for this purpuse, the place was very fit. The staff at Zen Inn is very friendly. There is som noice during the night from the close ferry terminal to Lombok."

"Location was awesome and grounds were beautiful. It was less than 5 minutes from the dive shop we used, easy to walk to (even with our luggage that we brought with us from th dive shop). But plumbing was broken in our room, and though facilities tried to fix it, they were unsuccessful and had to move us to another room. "The service is just horrible. They dont really speak English or understand very well. When we arrived there was noone at the hotel for 10 minutes and we just waited. They had forgotten we were coming, so they started argueing with each others, but none of them spoke to us or provided service for check in. They forgot roomservice one or more days. Only good service was the scooter they rented to us. The room and the pool was fine, the experience was just ruined by the service. We expected more...
