"Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."

"Stayed 4 nights in the family suite. Rooms: dated. need renovations Bathrooms: salty water and shower water pressure arent the best Concierge service: unfriendly and takes ages. Room service: WELL DONE! FnB outlet staffs (pool bar, velada, ikan): AWESOME! Conclusion: personally, rather not stay here again as there are newer and better 5 stars nearby. But, definately will be back visiting their FnB outlets.. "

"we had no complains about this hotel. It was very relaxing, top service and a beautiful luxe room with view on the swimmingpool. We booked Vila Lumbung twice during our stay on Bali. The second time we were welcomed like a VIP and we got the same Room. Next time we definitly book this hotel again. It has the specific balinees athmospere."

"写真通りでとても素敵な施設でした！ 広い敷地内には動物や美しい植物がいっぱいで、手入れが行き届いており、どこで写真を撮っても素敵な写真が撮れるし、マイナスイオンを感じられます。ごちゃごちゃした都会よりも田舎っぽい雰囲気が好きな人にはとってもおすすめです。 あとはなんと言ってもホテルのスタッフさんがみんなとても親切でした！^^ 設備面はシャワーの温度が安定しなかったのだけが残念でした。初日は水シャワーを浴びることになり、翌日はお湯は出ましたが途中から水しか出なくなり、、（ ; ; ）時間帯や使用量にもよるのかも？ あとは他の方も書いてますが、アクセス面は良くはないです。ウブドの街まで繰り出すのに車で1時間弱はかかります。Grab必須です。 Grabピックアップ場所のゲートまではホテルの方が連れて行ってくれます。 行き先と時間は決まってますがホテルからもシャトルバスの送迎はありました。 朝食は美味しかったです。朝食会場の景色も素敵でした。 おかげさまで思い出に残るバリ島旅行になりました！ありがとうございました♡"

"My second time staying at Andaz Bali, forth time for Andaz including Singapore. I find the service quality consistent across the different places, a unique experience I have not found with other hotels I stayed. Compared to our first stay at Andaz Bali, my breakfast experience was greatly improved. There was so little waiting time for my orders unlike the first time when it took quite a while waiting time. Good improvement. Will definitely stay again here."
