"Everybody on staff was phenomenal, We stayed for 4 nights and felt welcome throughout the Hotel’s premises. The swimming pool on the terrace was the reason we chose this spot. The bartender Raful stood out as the main reason for our customer service rating. He is caring, attentive, and well-versed in what he does. If possible, I would like this message to reach the Hotel manager so that they are aware of how great of an employee Raful is and we hope to see him again on our next visit. -Cristian...
