"Always amazing. And the staff actually remembered the no. Of times i stayed even before i check in. I will say the best hotel in Alam sutra. If really have to point out any improvement, i will say have the tv place facing the center of the room instead of at the side..haha. overall 9.5/10 experience"

"There was no sign for this hotel at Terminal 3 Exit. You need to take an elevator before you exit the building. Take the elevator to the second floor, and you will see the sign for Hotel. The hallway had music the entire time, but the soundproofing of the room was great. The breakfast place around 7:00 am was a little crowded but the staff tried to keep the area clean. "

"Staff was friendly. Check-in and check-out takes way too long. Long distances to walk to the room, no elevator. That was hard for my pregnant wife. Rooms less fancy than on the pictures. Restaurant quite expensice, in particular for what you get. niy portion and tasteless. Nasi with prawn includes 2 prawns and tasteless nasi. Beverage even too expensive. Unfortunately there's no restorant outside close to the hotel, so you're dependend on the hotel restaurant. Shop in the hotel closes at 8pm...

"Staff were friendly, but there was no hot water and the wifi was too slow to use much of the time. Overall it was ok and it served as a place to hang my hat for 2 days. 🙂"
