"My stay with friends at this hotel was perfect for all five of us. The rooms are clean and well-kept by the staff. It is an older hotel so the rooms are small but decorated pleasantly and are very comfortable. The staff booked our three rooms adjacent to one other in order to facilitate our meeting together. Pool and all facility amenities were perfect for our stay. Lobby is very spacious and well-appointed with coffee, juicesd and fruits every morning. No restaurant on premises, but several restaurants very close by. This location in Palm Springs is close to everything and is pet friendly! Our stay couldn't have been better!"

"I am thrilled to be writing an excellent review!! I have mobility issues and the staff took great care to make sure everything was convenient for me. If you’ve had a hip replacement walking the lazy river with a tube around you is the best physical therapy, I am feeling so much better! The food was fabulous I had the best omelet I’ve had in years and the fruit was beyond excellent! The gift shop had all the hot gifts from sand cloud to Aloha bags to perfect summer hats we were happy to dig deep and buy goodies! Our first day was at the spa and it was a fabulous experience you get to use the facilities all day! They have a private pool with food service it was fabulous. My favorite part was the staff. Every member was schooled in providing exceptional customer service and making each guest feel valued. I am totally impressed and will start going to Omni resorts, this was my first venture and I can’t wait for my next! Well done! "
