"We loved our stay BUT the marketing photos and name of the hotel are very deceptive. You DO NOT get the horses coming to your cabin, there is a fence (electric) at least 20ft or more away from the cabins and the horses don’t come near you, you can see them afar from your cabin only. You can see Icelandic horses alllll over Iceland so this isn’t really a special experience. "Apartamento amplo, reformado, bem confortável e bonito. Linda vista pelas janelas bem grandes. Cozinha nova e completa! Localização muito bonita e tranquila, mas bem afastada de qualquer local. Only 2 disadvantaged that would not stop me from returning. "Kleines Gästehaus, am Ortsrand. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, schöne Zimmer und gute Sitzmöglichkeiten im Wintergarten. Zimmer 7 (?) sollte man meiden, nur durch die Küche zugänglich. Für uns war das Haus ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt die Insel zu erkunden. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen. "

"By far the most beautiful private space we stayed in while in Iceland. It is very secluded, quiet and the unassuming exterior conceals an interior that will take your breath away. The price seemed a bit high when we booked it, but after experiencing it first hand I feel it was worth every krona and then some. "Quaint little guesthouse! The stairs are very narrow so moving luggage is a bit difficult but the location is great. We stayed 2 nights and the radiator in the bedroom wasn’t working but the property managers left a couple of beers for us knowing that they are still renovating and it was warm enough with just the one radiator.
