"Upon check in was told i hv to pay breakfast for extra pax even though i booked n paid extra for all with breakfast. Toilet door spoilt, cannot be open, response was fast n they changed lock. Also fix another toilet door difficult to close. Breakfast was good but we do not want to pay breakfast everyday for extra pax due to Miscommunication between agent n hotel, location was also good. Hope to hear good news from hotel.com"

"Ascott is one of the best amongst all serviced apartments. Top notch configuration in the rooms and facilities at the property. I stayed here twice over two week's span. One time, I even got upgraded to a one-bedroom suite. In addition to a wash/dryer combo, the suite had a full kitchen with a very large fridge. Bathrooms are modern with tubs and showers. "Large and comfortable apartment. There is some building work going on but this did not affect our stay at all. The location is great - very close to the metro and shopping malls. I would stay again. "
