"The cabin we stayed in was simple and old. The beds were comfortable and we had hot water without any problems. The WiFi does not work during peak usuage hours and needs to be upgraded. It is fine during quiet times during the say. The kitchen is supplied with the bare minimum, no salt etc. The bathroom does not have a shelf to put your toothbrush etc so you are stuck with the edge of the sink or the floor. "Pros: Nicely appointed, good heating, lots of daylight, kitchen with lots of utensils Cons: Tepid shower, terrible wifi, leaky plumbing in the bathroom causing the floor to be wet all the time. We stayed 4 days, the place was never cleaned. I had to take out the trash myself and find the maid to for toilet paper."

"A few things broken and others didn’t work, we approach the right person to complain but nothing happened. Only excuses and blame others. NEVER in 6 days they turn up to do the cleaning, or give us fresh towels, and the list keep going. I understand that’s a “cheap” or a “budget” accommodation, but to that extreme? "This is a beautiful place to stay just outside Torres del Paine. It has excellent restaurants, excellent staff, and beautiful views. It's probably worth the extra money for a superior room, the views from those rooms are far better than standard. (Mountains vs parking lot.) We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is exceptional. "
