"Camera pulitissa e il personale gentilissimo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la tessera magnetica, per accedere alla nostra camera, e chiamando al numero di emergenza indicato (fuori dall'orario lavorativo standard) ci hanno risposto subit e hanno risolto immediatamente il problema. Insomma, tutta l'esperienza è stata confortevole e ci siamo trovati benissimo."

"Nice boutique hotel. Great location and rooms were nice. It was close to lots of shops and restaurants. Also 2 to 3 blocks from several cruise ship ports. One issue we had was address on expedia was wrong. We walked around for almost an hour and asked several locals for help. They didn't recognize the address either. Address should be listed as Via della Cassa di Risarmio instead of 34121."

"Unterkunft liegt super zentral! Jedoch wird es mit dem Parken schwieriger. Wir haben lange nach einem Parkplatz gesucht. Dame am Empfang hst extra auf uns gewartet! Konnte jedoch nicht sehr gut Englisch. Zimmer waren für eine Nacht super. Gang zum Zimmer eher nicht so sehr modern. Im Stiegenhaus zum Apartment hat es unangenehm gerochen."

"Awesome location, close the everything i wanted to do and see. Nothing very fancy, not everything I needed, plus a little extra. The kitchen set up was really nice and 8 loved being able to cook some things when I wanted. Overall, a sweet spot and I'd gladly stay here again."

"Really nice staff, cozy chill area and comfortable rooms! They don’t have gender separated dorms but as a female solo traveller I asked for a female only room and they made it work! They couldn’t guarantee it but if they have capacity they try their best to make it as comfortable as possible for their guests. Thanks for that!"

"We arrived very early but Leah allowed us to check in immediately and she opened the dining area in case we were hungry. She spent a long time on her phone arranging transportation for us for very early the next morning. The building is old, but the rooms were more than adequate and the beds were comfortable. The outdoor veranda was a perfect spot to enjoy wine and cheese from a nearby grocery store."

"Appartamento vicino al centro con 4 camere in condivisione con cucina e due bagni in comune. Da verificare al momento della prenotazione se questo viene indicato. Appartamento piuttosto datato e disordinato. Pulizie non adeguate. Letto assolutamente scomodo. Riscaldamento molto buono e acqua calda. Disponibilità di Netflix, Prime,.... Situato al sesto piano con ascensore. Parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze. "

"Great hotel for the price. Hotel is located on the second floor of a lovely old Palazzo. Rooms are very quiet, large and spacious, with high ceilings and modern furnishings (including electric window shades). Bathrooms are very modern with walk-in showers. A/C is a plus for the summer months. Front desk is not 24/7 so just communicate your arrival time in advance. Staff is very friendly, always smiling.
