"We couldn’t stay our first night because we weren’t told that you had to check in before 7 pm. Yes, it was in fine print on the website but booking thru Expedia was the problem. Somehow, customers need to be notified of this in bold CAPITAL LETTERS print since it is not a normal expectation OR REQUIREMENT. We arrived after 7 pm and had to go pay to stay somewhere else which was frustrating and expensive. OTHERWISE, we loved the place "
