"We had a 4 day break at the Inn, could not find a fault with anything, the cleanliness, the comfort of the room, the breakfast, evening meals, the waitresses were very friendly as well as the bar staff. Although the Inn was on a main road it was barely noticeable due to the double glazing. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay."

"We had a lovely peaceful stay Pengelly is ideally situated for the whole of Cornwall and very welcoming Ben is a treasure trove of knowledge and such a lovely intelligent man. Katherine is a very busy mother and wife and both are lovely inviting people the farmhouse is very clean the rooms are very spacious and clean nothing seems to much to ask the breakfast is superb plenty of choice. Beautiful scenery outside your bedroom window."

"Fantastic I wouldn’t hesitate to go back, well equipped, brilliant situation, easy to find, off road parking.Lovely bathroom, super linen,great host. Sadly fridge had a jug of sour milk in it and clearly hadn’t been cleaned and the cooker & hob had not been cleaned, the grill pan was rather sticky. Overall wonderful- thank you"

"The quality and comfort food etc was excellent but my disappointment at check-in was paying a 3,5 % surcharge because I was paying by a cash card ( not even Amex or Diners) especially when Hotels .com guarantees the amount you pay at the time of booking This surcharge should be on the booking details. I have booked Hotels in Italy where they state payment in cash only no cards"
