"Service was good, friendly and helpful staff, room was well clean and modern decor with comfortable bed. The only issue I had was that I had an adjoining room and the door was not soundproof. So was able to hear the couple next door arguing for most of the evening. "

"Well to be fair I did not stay there my son stayed there while he was on a training course and he had no complaints so I'm sure if there was anything he would have complained to me. He said the staff were very nice the room was good plenty fresh towels bed made every day plenty parking in the car park breakfast wasn't too bad it was a help yourself so believe me he probably did help himself. "Stayed for 1 night. Modern hotel, free onsite parking (weekend only) with plenty of spaces. Vibrant hotel with unbelievable facilities. Spacious and modern rooms, our only niggle was the bathroom could have been cleaned better. Good value breakfast. Would definitely stay again. "We have stayed on many occasions and have always been greeted by polite staff and an easy check in. Every time we stayed the rooms and bathrooms were very clean apart from once where the bathroom smelt of weed. I will be returning."

"Stay was adequate but there were 3 issues Firstly the television sound kept going down by itself which was quite annoying while trying to watch the tv. Secondly I had to call the out of hours re leaving at 6.30 and was told to just leave the key in the room. There should be a drop box or somewhere residents can put their keys to leave before the receiption is in place And finally the American door locks need upgrading to a key card system as it was difficult opening and locking the room "

"Lovely cosy little rooms with fabulous view. Well appointed, with a small fridge, massive shower, and instant oats and pastries left for you in case you wanted a snack in the morning. I would recommend arriving in the daylight if possible; partly for the view but also because the car park and approach to the rooms are poorly lit. Good value for money."

"I stayed here for 4 nights and during the 2nd night there was an issue with the room, and I wanted to change rooms, Millie on reception was very understanding and helpful and sorted me another room out immediately in the lodge for the rest of my stay, I can’t praise her enough for this The food was good and the other staff were friendly and polite "
