"Our stay at The Oasis at Grace Bay was absolutely amazing — one of the best travel experiences we've ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout our stay. The on-site Italian restaurant was an absolute gem — honestly, the best Italian food we've had outside of Italy! The quaint, custom decor throughout the property added so much charm and character. We were greeted with drinks :) Thoughtful amenities like the Nespresso machine in our room and convenient, complimentary rides to the beach were great! The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a relaxing and memorable stay."

"Such a great experience for me and my family of 3 the only thing we did not like was there was only one restaurant on the property and the rooms were very small not like it was viewed on as a junior suite "

"Everything was lovely & the staff were extremely accommodating. Our condo was equipped with most everything one would need to prepare light microwavable meals (if so desired); even had a washer & dryer. Excellent restaurant on the property that offered breakfast, lunch & dinner daily, ala carte. Bring extra cash as many taxi drivers do not take credit cards & without a car you will need taxi service to the closest grocery store, gift shops & ice cream @ 1.5 miles away. If you have mobility issues, please find out if any condos have a walk-in shower - ours only had a tub with shower & no grab bars. Resort has 2 pools with 1 designated as "Quiet" for Adults only & a nice hot tub. Pleasant traditional decor & very comfortable beds. "

"My first time in TCI and it was an absolute dream. Went on a solo trip for my birthday. My room was very clean and had a washer n dryer which was very convenient after the beach. The outside patio was covered so you could also open the door at night and hear outside noise w/O worrying about mosquitoes. Some things I didn't like: charged $40 instead of $20 for the taxi ride from the airport because I was traveling alone. My room had a shower and no bathtub. The East property is not close to things like the West property so you have to pay a lot of taxi fares to do stuff. The front desk receptionist also were not entirely helpful. They would only offer what you would ask and didn't give outside of the box suggestions. I also almost died of thirst one night because there weren't any water on the property or in the room after hours. The restaurant was also understaffed so couldn't provide room service. All in all though, my time spent on the island was an absolute dream!! Can't wait to go back!"
