"Only had one meal at this hotel for breakfast, food was cold and there were flies around the food, thankfully with the package we could eat at the sister Hilton hotel and had the rest of our meals there, food was warm and was a nicer environment to eat at that hotel. Property was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Lifts were terrible, often had a long wait and lifts regularly stopped on floors when nobody was waiting. "Die Unterkunft ist wirklich wunderschön, und die Zimmer sind optimal ausgestattet. Der Strand ist traumhaft schön, allerdings wäre es wünschenswert, wenn die Steine am Rand regelmäßig gereinigt würden, da sich dort viel Plastik und andere Gegenstände ansammeln. Das Personal ist einfach großartig – sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder"

Ok but need a lot of improvement

"I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but they said they will help, at the end they only can checked in around 2.00pm and same issue with the hot water and the noise"
