"The hotel staff was super friendly. Excellent customer service, smiling and very welcoming. I would have given this 5 stars but hot water was an issue. The shower never got hot at all. It was limited. I had to heat up the water in the microwave in order to at least get washed off after a long day. Other than that I felt safe and comfortable in the hotel. The area around the hotel was just dirty. I didnt feel safe outside of the hotel. The staff was amazing, rooms were clean and comfortable. "
