"Very expensive considering that the internet in my room was extra slow, the water was cool and I had to take quick and the staff wasn't all that friendly. I informed them about the slow speed and was told that someone would bring a router to speed up the connection, which never happened. "

"Was very happy with our stay. Staff were very accomodating. The cleaners were very friendly and made sure the rooms were spotless each time they cleaned. Shout out to Alif. Bathroom was nicely renovated, bed was comfy. Very convenient location, we could easily walk to Masjid Al Nabawi. Breakfast options could have been better. Overall very happy with our stay. "

"Franchement tres beau sejour. Les chambres sont propre et tres spacieuses. La chose a améliorer cest le petit dejeuner un peu limite mais bon voila . On en a pour notre argent. Le frere a la reception est tres gentil. Pour la distance du haram il y a une navette a des heures bien precise. Si vous rater la navette , soit le taxi soit le 11. Le 11 cest les jambes. Environ 25 minute en marchant bien. Il faut etre en forme. Voila. Sinon franchement piir les petits budgets il est vraiment sympa. Je...

"A very nice and comfortable place to stay. Good breakfast buffet. Walkable distance to the Haram. It's closest to the gate 310/309. It location is a little further from the women entrance which is through gate 12 and 16 and falls at the other end from the hotel. So walking to get to women entrance inside the masjid takes about 10-15 mins depending on how fast you walk. Otherwise it's a nice location. Mohammad naeem offered us good service in our room "

"Amazing location .. Masjid Al Nabawi is at your doorstep. Some rooms overlook the Haram which is very special. Cosy heritage hotel, well maintained but the rooms are in need of a renovation. Love their hospitality and the buffet breakfast and dinner. Food is authentic and tasty Staff are very helpful and informative especially Rheday :) "

"This place was so comfortable everyone whom worked here was really really kind and helpful. I loved the customer service rooms was very clean and big I had a 3 bed in a room .. very very nice . They have breakfast buffet which changed daily of breakfast selections and also There’s a McDonald’s across a street that I saw which was nice . They have a shuttle that goes to prophets mosque like every 30 min or so. Great place to stay !"
