"1) wrong address listed. Took me 20 minutes to figure out that the correct address was listed only in the email. Email wasn’t clear that google maps and Apple Maps was wrong. 2) no communication with the property as we were figuring out the address in the dark 3) villa booked wasn’t provided to us as their was no power in the villa which was initially booked 4) no internet provided during our stay. 5) had to figure out the water supply issue on one of the days of our stay 6) I have been trying...

"Le service pour l’hôtel est ok. Très peu de contact avec eux et on nous évitait quasiment. Aucune étoile à donner pour un wow pour le service à la clientèle sur place. Le service au restaurant pour les déjeuners était plus convivial et rapide. La dame était souriante et très sympathique. La chambre qui était avec une cuisine avait deux portes barrées au fond d’un corridor pour probablement des gens qui habitent l’hôtel.
