"There was no fridge. The water for the shower is hard to turn on. Some of the staff was friendly, but we did come from another Hilton hotel where the staff was going over and beyond so the staff felt unfriendly compared to that"

"I was happy for the most part with my recent stay at Hilton. Everything was wonderful except the bathroom sink kept filling with water and the tv was not a smart tv. There was no way to watch Netflix or other apps. I thought that was strange for a big hotel. That would be something that would affect whether I stay again because I didn’t see much on the limited channels that I wanted to watch. Overall though the hotel was great. "Hilton Culver City was overall GREAT!!!! Frm the valet and front upon entry. To the bar/restaurant and housekeeping staff. Everything was great!!! Edin and her team were fantastic. "Awesome staff. Classy looking hotel in an excellent neighborhood. Everyone from doorman, to registration and restaurant staff are nice. We always felt very welcome. Room is great and clean. Only slight problem is for the Cabana room, the pool music is quite loud and runs until late at night. Still I would recommend this hotel any day."

"Great solid hotel in Santa Monica. I got the king size room with separate seating area. Comfortable bed, large room. Bathrooms is standard but super clean with very hot water Room had 2 large screen TVs. My only complaint is that the TVs were not enabled with steaming apps or ability to cast from Your phone. I strongly recommend management adding this feature. I would also suggest adding robes and slippers as well. Location is excellent and staff was super friendly. "

I was first offered a room with a bathtub.I cannot lift my right leg for than a few inches so getting into a shower is dangerous as I am a fall risk.
