"Such a great place, lovely area and the staff is very warm and friendly. My husband forgot his Canada Goose jacket and called from the airport and they were so willing to help and ship to NY! A block from Duomo, around the corner are shops and cafes. Cleaning service was daily and plenty of options for breakfast. Highly recommend this place."

"Nice stsff in front desk. Downstairs area is all very lovely, done to a high standard. Seems like a modern vintage sort of look, but classy. Rooms are comfy, bathroom is large. Very small tv and a lot of things around the room need updating, maintaining, replacing. Nice stay, nice hotel ! "
