"Really nice accommodation - I was travelling solo (female) and always felt safe in my accommodation, the local area and Malta in general. Right in the centre of the old town about a 7 min walk from the bus (TD4 from the airport which was much cheaper than a cab). Communication was excellent throughout. Would definitely recommend. "

"Excellent place to stay! Friendly people, beautiful accommodations! Perfectly located and has a rooftop pool to boot! The only criticism would be the mattresses… they were too firm for our liking and it made it hard to sleep, but we like soft beds so anyone else may not have an issue at all. We are already planning our next trip to Malta and plan to book here again"

"Fantastic few days in the apartment, it had everything you could need for a short stay and more. The apartment was close to some great restaurants and shops. Loved the hot tub at night just sat watching the stars and the city views. Would highly recommend this apartment. I hired a car but in hindsight probably would have just used the buses as parking in Malta is a bit of a problem wherever you go. "

"The property is well located, there is a bus station about five minutes walk from the property so if you take the X3 bus from the airport you you literally get off at the last stop Bugibba, and it cost only two euro. The national aquarium is about three minutes walk away and there are various places to swim and do water sports basically on the doorstep. "The hotel was lovely and the facilities were great. We loved the swimming pools and breakfast was delicious. Our family room (6136) with a sea view balcony was a lovely place to spend our week in Malta. The only criticism was that the bathroom was tiny and the way the door opened made it quite difficult to get in and out. There was a lot of "dead space" outside the bathroom that could have been used to make this bigger so the decision to leave the bathroom so small when the bedroom was so large seems odd."

"Nice central location, room and view were very nice, as advertised. The windows in our room were good at blocking out sound, which is important since the pub on the ground floor can be quite noisy at night. But all in all a very pleasant experience."

"Stayed for 5 nights. The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. A special thank you to Nisha who made sure that we were happy with our room. The panoramic suite was wonderful. The only problem for us was the lack of soundproofing between rooms. Unfortunately for the last 2 nights we had neighbours who blared the TV constantly all day from 5am. The other slight let down was the children in the spa pool which is the only in door pool. However the hotel does seem to be geared towards families. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay with fabulous food. "

"The staff at the Hyatt Regency could not be faulted and made the stay above and beyond a normal boutique hotel. Everything was as described, the room and bathroom were comfortable and the kitchen provided excellent meals and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Car parking was free in a densely populated area and it was easy to drive around the island. I hope I can return. "
