"The staff are always so helpful and friendly, especially the reception and shuttle bus staff. We had a dirty hand towel in our bathroom and the service at our evening meal was not great. We have stayed here 3 times now and these were the first issues. Disappointed that the room service menu options have been reduced since our last stay. The area is a mix of development ground and housing. Nothing really near by."

The rooms are nice and have everything you need. The only thing we didn’t like was the loud elevator that you could hear in your room. "
