"Property has been slightly updated. I was very impressed by the location! Ocean front property at a reasonable price. The room had a kitchen for those who like to cook on vacation! Living and dining area was very nice. Bedroom were spacious only negative was the it didn’t have a mattress just the box spring and memory foam padding . "Bright clean well equipped unit. We were on the third floor but doable for senior citizens. Husband was appointed we couldn’t get CNN and/or MSNBC on Samsung TV, it’s ok we were on vacation. Wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Kasa next time we visit the area."
