"Very conveniently placed! Great neighboorhood. Breakfast simple but does the job. Very narrow corridor and rooms. Clean . Bed is a spring mattress that had some better times but confortable enough. Be aware that the rooms are VERY Little, but if you are there just to sleep it is okay in my opinion. We had no disturbance, Very quiet exempt that We can hear the tube from afar. Please add some hooks to make the room better. Overall We enjoyed our stay thank you ! "

"Perfect hotel for my stay before my flight. Walkable distance from Earl’s Court tube station, lots of food and drink establishments in the neighbourhood. Hotel was clean, cosy, staff professional, friendly and helpful. Room was big, guessing two people would struggle, but for a solo traveler it was absolutely perfect."

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
