"Everything you need is nearby, Victoria station, bus stops, supermarkets. I had a single room which was ok for me. I was just worried to hear music on speaker because the walls are quite thin and I didn’t want to bother the other rooms... so maybe bring your headphones ;) And just for your information: there is no elevator, but the there is helpful staff that could help with the luggage. It was my second stay here and I would come again. "

"Lovely little hotel in Earls Court, nicely-done rooms and a bargain compared to similar offers in the area. Looks a bit unpleasant on the outside as covered in scaffolding and neighbouring properties are not as nice, but no noise of construction inside and rooms at the other side of the hotel were even quieter! Super-comfy bed, decent-sized room, clean, classic and full of everything you need. Only minor issue was the TV needing some fiddling to get to work and the view was just a brick wall,...

"A very large bright and breezy hostel. Focused happy and helpful staff. The building is a conversion not purpose built but you get everything you need. A good comfortable bed. Clean bedding. The third floor was a building site. A good place to hostel, near to the city. I walked to the river in 40 mins though buses were running at 5am ."

"Wir hattes etwas pech mit dem Zimmer und mussten quer durch das ganze Hotel. Die letztzen beiden Stockwerke musste dann zu Fuß gelaufen werden, da der Lift defekt war. Trotzdem ein super Hotel mit hervorragender Lage. "

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
