"We spent 8 nights at the President Hotel while we were in London. We had a wonderful time exploring, using the tube to get around to see the sights and shopping, it was very centrally located. We always felt safe and the hotel was clean and well appointed. The staff were all outstanding! The hotel was updated and clean. We’d stay here again for sure. "

"The management were extraordinarily polite and accommodating, and whilst a little dated, the hotel was immaculately clean and tidy. The location is absolutely brilliant, and I felt at home and had everything I needed. This is surely one of the best value accommodations in all of London and I will stay again."

"Convenient location, within walking distance to St Pancras station. Room had everything I needed, enough space for a solo traveller. There was some road noise and construction outside but that didn’t really bother me as I was only there for one night. I was surprised to have to pay for luggage storage before check in (however I’m unsure if this is the standard in the UK). Good place to stay if you have an early morning Eurostar departure. "

"J’ai passé 3 nuits à cette hôtel , l’endroit est top , très bien situé pour se déplacer dans tous Londres ! Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant . Ma chambre était une chambre unique qui m’a largement suffit pour le séjour ainsi que salle de bain et toilette en commun toujours très propres ! Je met 4 étoiles car il n’y a aps d’ascenseur c’est le seul hic concernant le reste tout était nickel ! "

" The location is perfect for me which is why I keep going there and many aspects of the hotel are good but the room service is poor. When they do it they do not clean or replace used glasses or coffee mugs and do not refresh the tea bags coffee sachets etc. This has been the case every time I've stayed. "Beautiful hotel in the perfect location. Rooms are small but quaint and cosy. Beds are comfy, lovely large TV and clean as a whistle. Staff are uber friendly. Only downside was breakfast was cold as buffet style and food warmers were not switched on so after some time being out the food had chilled. However this wouldn't put me off staying again, I'd just get up earlier to grab that hot food! Would definitely recommend. "

"the staff was outstanding with everything from the first meeting, during the stay and until we checked out. The twin room was a bit small for two, and the toilet on the smallest side. "Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Jeden Tag wurde stilles Wasser, Tee und Kekse kostenfrei aufgefüllt. Die Gegend ist Ruhig. U-Bahn, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Hyde Park ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Möbel sind schon etwas älter. Unser Zimmer war direkt neben dem Aufzug und diesen hat man jedes mal gehört. "

"Location is good, many restaurant around. Close to Russel Square tube station. 15 minutes to Covent Garden and China Town. Room was spacious. The cons was the water presdure in my shower very low. Try to ask the reception (lady with a long hair) and she promise to fix it tomorrow but while I came back to my room the shower still the same with very low pressure. "
