"Was good walking distance to get to downtown as well as easy access to get to the freeway for out of town trips. Property was well lit and parking was under cover, but laundry was at one end of the block and garbage at the other. The door had been kicked in at some point, which didn't make us feel comfortable, people were outside yelling and setting off car alarms at 3am, very limited cookware in property, and smelled of an old smokers home. "The checkin process was easy. The place was clean, and smelled incredible. I wanted to take the mattress home and looked for a manufacturer tag because they were so comfortable. There’s a good little restaurant literally steps from your door and from this location you’re pretty well centrally located from anywhere you’d like to go. The only bad thing I can say is there’s a LOT of traffic noise. Which the owners anticipated being an issue and left a container of disposable ear plugs. Nice touch...

"Cute concept. Full kitchen, living room and bedroom. Plenty of towels. Washer & dryer. Needs extra blankets for the bed. Bed was hard. Needs a 3” foam topper. Poor couch needs replacing. Cushions sunk down into couch. Two railroad tracks directly behind our room. Train only ran 2-3 times a day. Felt safe. "
