"I literally can't fault this hotel at all! The staff were so friendly and genuine from the moment I arrived. I was checking in and had a pleasant surprise of being upgraded to a suite for my stay, check in was easy and quick. Finding the room was easy. The room was absolutely immaculate and beautiful, the bed was so so comfortable. I ordered room service at one point which was delivered super quickly with no fuss. "The excellent comfort of this guest house enhanced our stay in Glasgow. The breakfast was cooked to perfection and the choices were extensive. The only thing I would change is to book a room with ensuite next time. It was only a short walk to the bathroom however the sink in our room did a gurgling sound for about 10 mins after being used. Not great when you are trying to get off to sleep 😪 "

"Exceptional hotel that has everything you need. Great location right in city centre. Rooms were spotlessly clean and well equiped. One of the things I like is that the rooms have a small fridge in the wardrop .. makes such a difference. Parking is available at a discounted rate at Q park car park right next door to hotel.
