"Loved this property. In spite of the proximity to a busy street, we found it quiet enough and safe. Curbside parking is iffy, so we opted to spend the additional $20 for the secure garage. The location is incredible just 8 min drive to the beach and a short walk to anywhere in venice all while located on a dead end street and inside a super private oasis.
