"I love the place. The hotel is in the heart of 5th ave . Very convenient to walk, to the beach, ferry and shops. The staff was very helpful and communicative. Muchas gracias el lugar estuvo muy lindo limpio y cerca de todo. "I gotta say this is the best little hotel in Playa Del Carmen. It's a sweet little secret of a spot! It's close to EVERYTHING, the main street (Quinta Avenida), the beach, the bus station, pick up spots for tours, convenience stores, and tons of tasty local food. "The host was friendly and took good care of me.The facilities in the room were sufficient, including the TV. However, one chair was broken.Although it doesn't happen every night, there were bands playing nearby until a little late, which caught my attention.The spiral staircase up to the room on the 3rd floor is tough with suitcases."

"This boutique hotel is half a block from the beach and half a block from Quinta Avenida which is a lively walkable street, full of shops and restaurants. The street is pedestrian only and it has a lot of action. In the hotel we received an excellent service from Nellye and Lizzy at the reception. They were very helpful to us. "If you are looking for the perfect location. Steps to the ferry, beach and 5th avenue then this is it. The rooms are very clean, Housekeeping is excellent. however we did not use the pool as it was quite foggy and full of sand. If we could have used the pool I would have rated a 5. We stayed in an oceanfront which is lovely to listen to the ocean however you will have an empty abandoned lot in front of your view. I still would stay here again for price and convenience to everything. "

"The fives es un hotel de conveniencia. Con una cercanía a la quinta avenida pero con el plus de no captar el ruido, es tranquilo, se disfruta y se descansa. La habitación super limpia, la cama deliciosa. Tienes una parada de taxis justo al lado. Personal sumamente amable, en especial los delos restaurantes. "The room looks the same like on the picture, with very local vibe. The stuff was very friendly and welcome. There is restaurant downstairs with lot of options which is very convenient. Stuff is also very friendly. The view from balcony was nice as well. Btw, for Shabbat keeping people there is a key to the room. "

"Really nice place. Didn’t have some of the amenities we were counting on such as laundry and room service, but had laundry place and a few restaurants near by. Staff was super nice and helpful. I was in a gated area so felt really safe. The breakfast was great! Beach was a close walk and they had beach towels. "

"I loved the hotel in the day time but evening it’s too noisy because of a bar near by till 2 or 3 am . They also charge for an other person to stay in a a room made for two so it’s quiet strange to me as I never experience it before .
