"This is a very basic, no thrills hotel. The rooms are mediocre, as is the service. I stayed 4 nights and not once did room service clean my room. There is a 24-hour free coffee/tea machine in the lobby, which I did enjoy using."

They made us feel comfortable yet still professional. Asked if we had any other needs and thanked us for our stay.
