"I liked location to the beach and JBR walk, breakfast was very good, my only dislike was - I didn’t get straight Dubai eye view room which I thought I paid for additionally as multiple other wings are also categorized as Dubai eye view, but those are view from the corner of the room next to balcony, not straight eye view. I suggest just get the Ocean view instead which might be cheaper and Dubai eye is still visible from the balcony as no guarantee you will get one if unavailable, and Ocean view...

"Wonderful and very high standards. The biggest breakfast buffet I have ever seen covering every diet you can imagine. We used the club as an upgrade and highly recommend it. Includes separate dining for breakfast and afternoon tea (we used as a lunch). Free teas coffee and soft drinks all day and free alcohol for 2 hours including cocktails. Excellent service in the club also. "

"Amazing in every sense. Atlantis really goes into very details to make its guests happy. We enjoyed every second there. Although we planned to go out every night, Hotel has so many attractions inside complex that attracted us, so we didn’t move out 😂 special thanks to Nazir, who took care of our room and surprises us every time with small gadgets/presents. I know it is the hotel policy but that guy told us that the room was ready and last minute when we are at the desk and waiting to give is the key when he said he’s charging us $80"

Ok but need a lot of improvement

"I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but they said they will help, at the end they only can checked in around 2.00pm and same issue with the hot water and the noise"
