"This is our second time staying here. The facility is nice and clean. However, the customer service, while "good enough," was a bit lacking. I can't explain it other than it could have been better. They don't go above and beyond to greet you or make you feel welcome. We did have a problem with the heat not shutting off in our room. It was 76 deg. "This hotel was a mixed bag. Staff was friendly and evening staff was especially engaged. There apparently were computer problems and our room was assigned to someone else before we even checked out. The room was spacious and the kitchen, dishes, etc. nice. The room was reasonably clean but definitely not spotless. The breakfast sounded good but though I arrived 10 minutes before they closed there was not much other than oranges and bread left to eat."

"Beautiful, peaceful property. Convenient and beautiful drive to city conveniences. Adequately equipped kitchen, fantastic communication with host. Beds were a bit hard, but that’s definitely a personal preference thing!:) Will stay again if we’re in the area! The cat was a wonderful bonus!!"
