"The gym is very minimalistic unfortunately and the building does seem to run ventilation pipes but not in individual rooms. Heating uses radiators that are centrally controlled so expect not to spend much time in the room as the temperature could end up being unbearable depending on the time of the year. The location is great however and the staff are awesome and will go out of their way to help."

"Great stay and staff were really helpful and friendly, only issue we had was that when we arrived we did not have a code for the door but this was resolved really quickly, unfortunately Hotels.com did not pass my mobile number to the apartment so they couldn't send me the code, but apart from that it was a great apartment and definitely stay there again"

"Rooms displayed on website look nothing like the rooms you receive. We had two rooms. Both were small, dark and smelly. The bathrooms smelled like old water. One room was cleaned daily, the other room was not touched by cleaning staff in three days. Neither room had hung door cleaning request. They just came in to one room but not the other.
