"The property is located about 15mins walk from the centre of Ciechocinek, which makes it a quiet location in the evening/night but does mean that you are not so close to the shops and restaurants. The hotel restaurant had a limited menu so eating out was our preferred option. However, a good buffet breakfast is provided."

One room was cleaned daily, the other room was not touched by cleaning staff in three days. Neither room had hung door cleaning request. They just came in to one room but not the other. "I had two weeks Christmas vacation. This is the only bad experience in lodging. First of all we arrived at about 1pm in Torun, then I only get one instruction email, while I was waiting for lunch, I was communicating with the owner/ customer service of the instructions. As normally you should get two set of pass code, one for the apartment door. As she said the audio on the phone is not good, she asked me to text her. After I text her, she sent a six digit PIN code.
